@Levi Bennett brokers will post closings on LinkedIn and other social media so friend them, talk to them, sign up to get their emails, etc. make sure you have your elevator pitch ready for the brokers when you tell them why you are a great buyer who can close deals

I think it depends on the property.. you have a building with common elevator and close spaces the chance of spread through your building would be greater.. now you have a bunch of folks claiming covid and they stop paying you..
