You lost me at "economic loss"Philly is huge and radically diverse in rental costs.

Helping my children to see the world, teaching my kids about other/different cultures and ensuring that my kids absolutely recognize how fortunate they are when they're in their little suburban bubble means they will more likely grow up appreciating diversity and having empathy for others -- two things we don't have enough of in this world (or at least not in this country). 

I tend to agree with this statement because Chicago's tax base is so much larger and more diverse that the suburbs. 

Real Estate is very diverse and has a lot of ways that one can achieve Financial Independence.  

Phoenix has a much larger and more diverse economy.

Houston is quite large and diverse, with each area offering something unique. 

Having a wide background and diverse construction experience to use, as well as working relationships with all the trades people , my goal is to rehab and sell quality and Reliable homes that people can purchase and know they have home that is workingand will continue to work for many years.

In order to become more diverse an to take advantage of the up and coming areas in my city of Charlotte, North Carolina I thought about wholesaling land.So I did some research on how much it cost to build a home an it gave a rough estimate of 125 dollars per square foot.

Lending is a pretty diverse area.
