I live just outside of Dallas, Texas and I tend to believe what Michinori said but I would add certain other cities like Chicago, Dallas, Cleveland, and Atlanta.

Hey everyone, who have you had a good experience with in regards to property management in the Cleveland area?

Ordinance in Cleveland makes it a first degree misdemeanor to buy property in an LLC without registering the LLC to do business in Ohio. 

I recently used one for a loan of $29k for a SFR in the Cleveland area.

It has an airport and is centrally located between Cleveland and Buffalo.

Here in Cleveland you can pick up a Turnkey SFR for $50k and get $1,000 a moth in rent.
