@Jason Tucker  you need to add in your utilities, common area cleaning, and turnover costs to determine if it makes sense. 

Clean, repair, and/or replace as needed.● Extend all other downspouts at least 6 ft from the house.

Not only were they followed when originated but are they witha  third party servicer now ?

Same for water service lines?

Any legitimate review should come from firsthand experience with the product or service.

Ultimately, all the costs would be added to your basis in the property and depreciated when you place the property in service as a short term rental.

If title is clean, a cash deal can close in 7-14 days.
