Real estate is a necessity for society, it is not a luxury item, (can be) but in fills a basic human needs. 

I am a recent graduate of California State University of Fullerton where I obtained a B.S. degree in Political Science and American Studies.

I know of American Homes For Rent. they have tons of big/newer houses in my area and they buy like crazy at the sheriff's sale. they bought a short sale across the street from me a couple years ago. they paid nearly retail. it's ridiculous. these are homes where the property taxes alone are $10k/year. there homes sit for months in between vacancies.

As far as I am aware, there are no Legal Ethics Opinions, or "LEOs" which have been issued by the American Bar Association explaining what constitutes "practice before the U.S.

Since people are creatures of habit, are tied down by work commitments, or family and society pressure to buy, those feeling the itch to buy in their loins are going to do so regardless of market timing.

I pretended (in my own mind) to be an American Picker, until I actually felt like, thought like and acted like one.- Be a problem solver, be the fixer.

It is not a question of ethics and morals, these are merely constructs created by one form of society that will be different in another form of society.

They saved me alot of money from American Family.
