I lived almost 4 hours away but I'd drive up on Monday morning with my supplies and work the 4 cities close to that house, and sleep on my air bed, during the week.

It's just outside a major city in Nebraska and less than 10 minutes away from an Air Force Base that provides great opportunity for future tenants.

I just went to a B/P meet up last night for Air BnB, I am looking into that route too, but for now I am going to lay low and continue my R/E licensing exam and wait for summer to pass...apparently it can get real expensive this time of year. 

This isn't a new topic and while it is still a ways into the future just thought I would share in case it was good information to have...Air Force to study Fort Worth reserve base and three others for placing F-35 squadron

Fully finished basement. 2 apartments have access to a backyard patio.  1 apartment has central air.

We have found thru the last real estate downturn and recession the air b & b just like many others took a hit and just boiled down location  and amenities as to how much of a hit.

That on the road part will also work it's way into using my personal unit in the duplex as an Air BnB for extra cash flow as well (250 plus days a year of travel...)  

Air BnB is quadruple the amount of active users and such a better platform.

The one tenant mentioned there are gaps for air flow, which they tried to correct on their own (prior to us owning).
