I also have duplex in Boise and a few properties in Little Rock, Arkansas thanks to the advice on people from this forum.

I have set up an Arkansas single member foreign-owned LLC online from Dubai on a shoestring budget.

However, I currently own a pre-1950's built grandfathered 4 unit in a RS-2 zone on the Northwest side.

I believe there quite a few Saffas on BP, I connected with another in AR a couple weeks ago. 

I saw you can pay down business credit card debt since it is not a long term expense.I am assuming I can not use that money to fix up a property that i was working on but if I had a separate invoice (AR) from a contractor for his labor costs that would fall under regular monthly expenses? 

@Matt CamilliereI’m not planning on going to college, but the university of Arkansas is very close to me and I was thinking about buying a duplex down there and renting by the bedroom to students to maximize cash flow and live for free, because some of them could even be my friends if they go there!

I purchased a home with very similar numbers here in Arkansas and am cash flowing very well with it. 

We are looking for a Real Estate / Probate attorney in the Newport / Jonesboro Arkansas area.
