Yes, it's true that you might be able to find a product you need at a greater discount when a brand like Wayfair or CB2 is having a sale, but I've found that they truly do offer superior discounts at scale, even considering the fee.

Hello Wade, We have a couple of list providers we use for searching public records for sales with seller financing.

You should estimate th property value using recent sales data.

I still need to link up with a contractor and talk this out, but I'm wondering if anyone had examples where they put around $50k into a home and what the results were. 

U can initiate a sale as the owner this is just a moratorium from investors or others wanting to swoop in and take advantage of folks at least that's what the state is doing or thinking this moratorium is going to doIf that's the case, I'm a fan.
