Domestic violence and who cares if it is a woman!

Nice job & good catch thinking outside the box per se.We have a local woman who has an seasonal RV/Trailer park & she picked up several of the Amish cottage style sheds rehabbed them & rented them on a daily/weekly basis as 'cabins'.

The other side is rented to an elderly woman, my banker's in law.

I'm a woman with very little construction experience and I'm renovating almost everything myself, so I don't totally understand the aversion to minor repairs.

I would try first contacting the woman you normally speak with; let her know that she's responsible for everyone's actions since she's on the lease, and that it's in her best interest to have a group chat with them so they understand the rules.

I am also a business woman.  

I know as a business woman myself (I own a Home Staging company) it's not always feasible to give so much information without much or anything from the seeker so I am willing to be an assistant for someone with experience and willingness to teach me.

However, I have been seeing trends in what I called a slow down, then a correction, then recession...and I listened to a podcast today from a woman and man who I think are the brightest minds in reading the REAL data in real estate and they shook my tree.https://www.realwealthnetwork.com/learn/real-wealt...  

I'm sure when the ex Realtor sees a $150,000 sale she'll tell the lady she could have easily sold it for that instead of $170,000.But then she'll find out the poor old woman was scammed for $112,000 and you'll be talking to relatives or adult protective services.  

The biggest red flag for me is the fact the woman there said something else was causing a leak and gave specifics of the cause and it fits the damage and time frame.
