Anyone who buys a short term rental expects to double or triple or investment in one year is dreaming or unbelievably fortunate

It has been an unbelievably rewarding (and hectic!)

But if at the end of the day you don't feel comfortable buying there, buy in Austin because you sure as hell wont feel bad getting someones home for a low price here, and the back end on good homes here is unbelievable.

I’ve found Bill Mencarow and Tom Henderson to be great teachers of note investing  Bill is the founder of paper source and Tom teaches a calculator class that provides unbelievable value.

Go get yourself a job and do the hard work now so you can live an unbelievable life later. 

Now this is just a shell (no flooring, fixtures etc) but still seems unbelievably low to me.

I do invest here, but absent some unbelievable, lottery-winning-like opportunity, I don't think I'll take on any new deals in Japan. 

Warehousing is unbelievable right now.It's like a hot residential market in some areas, companies making offers to lease sight unseen in the craziest markets.
