There are a few new hotel projects planned on the strip and if those pan out successfully I can see a lot more development in the future. (10 years from now).

Easier to get 10% off at Lowes but Home Depot has more items discounted online than Lowes like a $65 toilet.

I am actually possssssibly going to end up working with a turnkey provider in Columbus, but we are in the very early stages of due diligence so who knows if it will actually pan out or not (they don't more often than they do). 

They were a nice small strip of a couple of tiles  above the toilet  and just right for our student/beach rental as an accent.
