Hopefully there will be something in the relief package to head that off at the pass, and keep us little guys afloat. 

I often also replace the pressure relief valve if it appears corroded.

@Neil Polehn- not sure if your are old enough to start drawling from your 401k but if not....there was a Corona Virus relief package that will allow you to early withdrawal up to $100k without paying the normal 10% penalty.

In TN they have a law that helps some of the most vulnerable people have some relief from property taxes they can not afford. 

(Those relief options allow borrowers to hit pause on their loans for a total of 360 days (two separate 180-day terms) that started in March 2020.)

AB 3088 (also known as the COVID-19 Tenant Relief Act of 2020) did not nullify your lease. 

I agree checking off items definitely is a relief.

It will most likely require relief from the city/county since the subdivision involves a non-conforming building.
