I've sent mail to seller adress no response, put fliers on property to be sold and also have left telephone message to a number that we required from skip trace and still nothing so I just have to move on and keep eye on this vacant property.

We call them "telephone tough guys".

They have 6 different types of mail from me all with different telephone numbers and a couple more pieces from two other people.

I have found that the act of answering and asking the sellers call and questions is paramount so we took that task away.We are about 10 days away from launching our telephone VOIP, mass auto text, and voice blast service...Its kinda cool... every time a caller calls you can set a series of actions back to them.
