Everyone I have ever talked to (and I know a lot of people in the industry) has only said bad things about those guys.

The tenant will most likely talk nonsense and show the judge precisely who they are.Send the judgment to a collection agency, along with all supporting documentation.

Who knows but I think your case is outside of what I am talking about. 

Parking is such a big deal and not talked about enough as an actual "amenity" or focal point in MTRs.

Search the forums, asking around, and talk to some lenders.
