For now I simply wanted to share some data as we head into what could be a very active second half of 2024.This is a great time to buy an oceanfront condo. 

BRICS is rising, growing, being pro-active and the US is doing what..... coasting on yester-generations. 

Realtors and brokers nationwide are celebrating what they perceive as a new dawn for increased activity and a robust economy.

So if you plan on getting into a more active roll in real estate having cash available is very helpful.

If you are all going to be active in the business, then you can probably structure as a joint venture.

We don’t have a clause in our contract to account for this, and we have been actively looking for new renters with no luck so far.

I actively engage with my network of investors to provide opportunities.I’d love to meet with any investors or investor-friendly agents in the Phoenix area and all throughout Arizona.

This means that if anything goes wrong with the property—like a tenant getting injured or a lawsuit related to the rental activities—the LLC, not you personally, would be the one held responsible.

Very stressful time in my life.
