Interest rates are going to have to come down because there's no way the federal government can afford long-term interest payments at these higher levels, and other countries are going to buy our debt even if their return sucks because there's no realistic viable alternative.

For me and my goals, I focus on long-term investing in residential single-family homes in Florida and Georgia.

It was purchased from MLS as a long term buy and hold rental.

However, a simple security system would deter this.Personal Safety -  I assume you are using their ID to run a background check and deciding if their history affects your safety, correct?

Are there any resources that help explain what type of terms we should ask for?

Do you still recommend using a real estate CPA or is their tax professionals that specialize in the more simple investor situations like mine?
