Does anyone know of solid valid reasons you can provide TLO with to get approved for their skip tracing service? 

I reported someone sometime back that was blatantly self promoting and using fake account to ask a question so they can answer it with their service pitch.

They say that listing your home is a beta service at the moment.

Also understanding how things are put together, how siding works, gutters, etc (basically as many aspects of the home as possible)Having this knowledge will also help you from getting burned by contractors telling you things just so they can save time and money and deliver a crappy service. 

I’ve been using them to screen my tenants to find out that the only service they use when looking at a tenant is Transunion credit reporting agency.

WE dont want to pay for this which is very expensive service, we did not authorize it, he knew we were hiring someone, he did not want to wait for our exterminator, because it was "emergency." 

I've found some turnkey SFRs with market rents that appear to be more than enough to service all expenses, based on the finance amount.

Having a good team can make a big difference in fixing up a property, avoiding hidden issues, and saving money in the long run.I recently found SureBuild Restoration – they offer a lot of home restoration services and seem pretty reputable.

You would now be free & clear of any debt service and the expense impact of such.

A $400k home requires much more upkeep than a normal rental.IMHO it will be a looser and you need to sell it and get on with your new life.Thank you for your service and good luck,
