You will be able to find a co-op apartment that allows rentals but whether you'd be able to close on it is another question.Co-ops with poor financials will have trouble selling units to borrowers using a mortgage.

Don't need a ton of pictures but I want to get a decent idea of the location and condition.So basically you dont want your customer to know it look dumpy until they show up.....I can understand the safety from people looking for vacant houses.... then anyone selling a house better take all of their outside pictures off their listing

For example a price below where I think it will sell for, attracting more Buyers, but not too low where I'm doing unnecessary work filtering out Buyers who don't understand the market conditions.
