That said there is still a good market for the 3-5 bedroom (depending on zoning) student house/apartment or a student rooming house with furnished rooms.We've been dosing student rentals for a few years now and our strategy seems to be working - we are full, despite the rise in vacancies among older properties as a result of new units coming on-line and the decline in university enrolment.The points I would raise initially are: know your market and your market segment.
