So I am still using my manual Excel tracking, but keeping the Stessa account in case they fix the problem later and can refresh and sync all the transactions.

The trainings that they have when you get started is a good point for setup and basic introduction, but the website is not as smooth as I would like; it is pretty laggy when it comes to dealing with large lists (uploading, refreshing, etc..).

The court case you mention seems to be more in line with taxpayers who are renting out bedrooms on AirBNB, in which case I would definitely include ONLY the actual space allocated to guests and which the taxpayer does NOT utilize or access except to clean the room, refresh linen, etc.I don't see that vacation home rules come into play at all in a house hack.

They tend to opt more for cold and refreshing drinks that are lighter and not as heavy in hot weather climates.The real estate departments for most chains do NOT want to speak or communicate with land owners that have potential sites.
