At least you’re taking action and not just reading tons of books and consuming podcasts.

I heard about Hostaway on a Short Term Show podcast but see on here that Hospitable is the most recommended although the few that list Hostaway are very positive. 

Any recommendations on Podcasts, realtors or individuals with experience in the area would be greatly appreciated.

I listened to a few podcasts from Advanta on how to invest in tax liens in a self-directed IRA, however the management fees charged by Advanta are rather large compared to other retirement fund options...I also found a few audiobooks from the library and listened to them:Brian Mahoney - Tax Lien Certificates Property Investing.C.R.
