If the properties were placed into service in 2022 or before, you may need to file form 3115 (change in accounting method) to factor in the 'updated' depreciation schedule from the cost segregation study.Best of luck

@Noah Schulz what does the lease state about payment and what period the payments cover?

Hey BP,I posted a little about this project in another thread but wanted to post an update here.

There have been multiple revisions this YEAR alone for state regulations that most leases online will not have updates on. 

As a civil engineer, I get involved in many projects while the developer is still only within an option period on the land so that we fully vet the project. 

Had a quick inspection done, was told the property had about 5% knob and tube wiring along with other updated wiring and new breaker box.

In light of the pending Hurricane, I am anticipating significant damage to at least 1 of the units - likely rendering it uninhabitable for a period of time. 

It sent some messages with house rules  that didn’t sync correctly, pulling in info I had already updated on Airbnb.I only have one property and wanted a PMs that:-took direct bookings-synced calendars - completed simple auto messaging I like the idea of a PMS but I really don’t want to spend a lot as I’m also using Price Labs.
