Does anyone have any recommendations for board games, apps or video games that “accidentally on purpose” teach these things as well?

all the videos I watch don't seem to make sense to me.

You will learn 100x what you would in an online forum and you won't get pitched every five seconds.

I have been listening to biggerpockets podcast and youtube videos to really try to grasps the general idea of real estate.

A couple of months ago, I ran across one of Dave Meyer's videos, and that led me to the podcast, and that led me to the Real Estate Rookies podcast, and a host of others who I won't mention, but were nevertheless valuable.

Engaging with online communities such as BiggerPockets can also help you learn from experienced investors and explore different strategies.

You can go to a local title company to run a quick title search for about $200 or you can do it yourself if your county records are online.

If so, is this something I can get a template of online or do I need to seek one of these documents from an attorney to then present back to attorney signed by both parties to then draft a formal contract?
