I am out of state and the only way that I feel that I can get people to walk through the properties are if I find them on market and have Shawna write up the offers. 

The best way to get this done is via a DSCR Cashout Refinance, it is going to offer you the best pricing on the loan amount.

If they don’t satisfy that call, the broker could force a sale of securities, making them incur unnecessary tax liability.Let us know which brokers offer the best SBLOC terms.

Yes, it's true that you might be able to find a product you need at a greater discount when a brand like Wayfair or CB2 is having a sale, but I've found that they truly do offer superior discounts at scale, even considering the fee. 

Hey @Brett RiemensniderThere are a TON of banks/credit unions that will offer as low as Prime on a heloc on your primary residence.

@Jake Thorpe  I did NOT say that I bought all those, only that I saw those properties offered for sale at Tax Sales that I attended.

After talking with an operator I felt he was a good choice for a tenant and he mad a great offer above market for the apartment so we agreed.In the past I would usually rent my own units and to stay competitive I would keep an eye on the rentals in the area and try to be one step above if I could....This time that was a little tougher as the neighborhood hasn't gotten very trendy.
