It appears to be a legal grey area but I think it will fly in Ohio courts.I explain to tenants that nuisance barking is not permitted and the tenant is expect to contol their animal (especially in a not pet building).

They are half cleaner/ half property manager and handle restocking supplies and the day to day nuisance calls. 

Mostly junk no one wanted...small lots, land locked lots, nuisance homes, homes that present eminent danger, etc.

I am fine going couple of hours away as long as it is not a nuisance area.

In the past, I’ve agree to pay for such things as quarterly HVAC maintenance and to make minor nuisance repairs.
