Newbie from Gastonia, NC. 

This is a new project and we are newbies so that your advice is greatly appreciated.

I am a newbie and I am tring to have people in play for when I have my first property.Thank you for your advice.

I'm posting the details of this purchase and rehab for the benefit of newbies and those thinking of becoming a real estate investor, to show that it isn't rocket science to buy, rehab, and rent real estate.

I'm a newbie too from Bowling Green, working towards closing on my first property.

Do you guys have any tips or lessons for a newbie in this business?

The biggest turnoff I experienced when interviewing brokers, was how many of them just expected you to hammer your own personal sphere, bugging them to refer you or sell/buy with you as a newbie.
