It will take a while for this opportunity to fully unfold, as it's a bit clunky at the moment, but things could look a lot different in the platform space a year from now.If you own any Airbnb stock, this might be a good time to sell it. 

Hello Kaleb,Years ago, I went to a Mobile Home Park University seminar, and I remember a very similar question. 

I have not received the first quarter distribution on the ODC Fund 2 for mobile home parks. 

I have looked at CE Shop and OnlineEd, but did not like their platform.

I'm currently evaluating a potential mobile home park, while small (10 lots total) it does have a single family home on the same property.

And wondering if I should be looking at platforms like CloudBeds, ReservationKey, ResNexus, etc. 

Bigger Pocket is a very good platform to find people to help you. if you have half a million lying around, then I would say spend some money for these courses. 

I use Baselane as my banking and bookkeeping platform, which makes this very easy to do.
