The price is high, and I asked the interviewer if there is any sort of "money back guarantee" and I got a hard no.

I'm having trouble with the larger over five unit buildings

I mean, they look sort of minor, but the problem is this person didn't learn the first time.

Starting out, I would like to focus on small multifamily (2-4 units) and then scale into larger investments. 

Or is it advisable to go with the larger units for better ROI?

We'll install it, but like Mathew said, no warranty or anything of the sort on that part.
