Not at all surprised you have high humidity; the hydrostatic pressure is forcing moisture through the pours of the block, past the interior cell (even if not fully grouted) and out the pours of the interior face.

Like I said K. left me a message on my cell phone on week-end and told me to call her back.

I had my cell phone number on the insert and picked up the phone every time it range regardless if it was 7:00am or 10:00pmI would ask "which item number do you have an interest in?"

This way for sure you are calling the company rather than a buddy's cell phone.

I don't want them calling me 2-3-5 years later and trying to get me to sign releases...that's just killing brain cells for me...better to get it done the right way anyway.

But you did notice a bug that was 100% our fault in that the cancellation link doesn't work on mobile devices... that's an oversight on our end because we didn't expect people to be setting up and editing their sites or their account on their cell phones... mainly on desktop... but as soon as you alerted us to that we fixed it. 

They know it only takes one call to my cell phone to have emergency repairs handled immediately.  

That will probably weed out at least 50% of the people looking.When someone is approved, you can change the voicemail message and continue using it for renters so they aren't calling your personal cell.
