@Joshua Dorkin& @Brandon Turnerhave done an excellent job finding female investors and hosting them on the BP podcast.

I did a cursory internet search when they contacted me and the relatively high ratings and apparently legitimate business structure made me unwary of them being dishonest.

I have several loan originators willing to host a webinar to showcase what options they have available as well as field questions. 

You shouldn’t have to go to a internet forum where you happen to find a guy who knows the area who then finds the guy who is actively working on your home with your money.Kevin hired the guy.

So, here at the 6 month check in, here are the things I've been doing since January 2024: *Anchored everything to my WHY, including the motivations and long-term strategy *Joined a local REI group hosted by my church*Researched tax lien investing in Harford County, MD and decided to not play in that space this year*Read a few REI books (Rich Dad Poor Dad, One Rental At A Time, Building Wealth One House at a Time, Wealth Without Cash, Building Real Estate Wealth in a Changing Market)*Subscribed to a bunch of good YouTube channels (BP, ORAAT, Ken McElroy, Coach Carson...)

It it's information, I can't imagine that he has any secrets that you wouldn't be able to find on the internet (and here on BP).

With you having taken the program, do you think the courses were built based on someone who already have knowledge in real estate or someone like me whose only knowledge in CRE are based on Forums, Youtube, free crash courses on financial modeling, and internet searches.
