Would you prefer for the meetup to be nothing formal, just a casual hang out to interact with other investors in the area to discuss deals, hopes, and dreams, etc..... or would you prefer to have a topic to discuss and possibly have someone in the real estate world (bankers, lenders, financial advisors, Inspectors, etc.) come to chat with everyone about what they can do to help and what they look for?

But if not, or if my tenant keeps bringing him over, I'll need to get them both out asap.A few extra details:- This is an inherited tenant on a month to month lease- The abuser was living with the victim but was not on the lease- Abuse happened on the property, victim was hospitalized, and abuser was arrested- Tenant is section 8Any advice would be greatly appreciated.From the outside looking in, it seems that you'd put your family in more danger if you start interacting with this person you view as dangerous and telling them you don't want them around.

Their interactions are with the PM and lawyer but my name and address are on the property title if they were to look.

Both are for self starters, with less human interaction, but I do highly recommend everyone to actually start off on a team.
