Then there are the gurus, the mentors or coaches that sell products or services as instructional materials, the "how to" stuff, I don't consider such as being an "education" as much as an opportunity for greater enlightenment.

D, Rule 506(c) offerings there are heightened reasonableness checks and someone is going to need to vouch for the veracity of your claim that you're accredited.
