Please could somebody share some websites where to start looking besides the populars Zillow and Homes, etc. and of course something like first guide or tips.thanks so much!!!

I would run the numbers for ALL properties and specifically look at your return on equity to help guide the decision for each property.Here is what I suggest that you do:1.
