We have replaced 7 AC units in the past 2 months in our portfolio - which is really extreme... but it's $35,000 in expenses we had to incur... so it deserves consideration regardless of what scale you are at.You might think - well I can just refi it when rates come down.

Most basements get water in them at some point in my experience and I see “inadequate drainage”, “negative grading”, “recommend extending downspouts” etc. on most inspection reports.We had a property with a humid crawl space basement and set up a dehumidifier with a hose coming from it to a floor drain so that we didn’t have to keep emptying it’s tank all the time.

So I started using a backup cleaner on Turno.I agree that Turno is expensive, at the same time, part of self managing and scaling is that I make it manageable.
