We didn't know what the problem was to be honest but eventually we found a girl we loved and she has been the best tenant ever, treating the place like it is her own home and even watching our animals when we leave for vacation.

Since I became successful people now accuse me of being a greedy capitalist while I pay far higher taxes than they do.  

IF we are all good boys & girls, we should never need this, but it's nice to know they have that capability :)

It will all come down to that girl getting her easy money and more paperwork for the rest of us.

hey guys and girls, This is my first time posting so I hope this is the right place for my question... 

(Don't want to be accused of promoting anything or anyone in a post!)

No lie, the applicant was an African-American girl with that on her forehead. 

However she does not have any reason to go out of her way to slander me and my company and make accusations that are not true.  

I eventually got to the point with my past tenants that I would only communicate via email due to the accusations thrown around on the phone. 

A broken fridge, an unauthorized pet, or a 19-year-old girl that just found out you won't be giving her the entire deposit back.
