Our properties are inspected by code enforcement at least every 5 years (Usually every 3) so it keeps us inline as well as gives us a level playing field.

You might want to try to come back and network at a couple of the local meet ups to figure out what and who you want to work with.Oh sorry, forgot to include that I am looking for a multi-family to rent out or commercial if I can learn more about that field and it is as lucrative as a multi-family.

Everyday I had off I was down there.I did find a good flooring guy that has expertise in the construction field,but works alone; you just had to keep him on a time schedule.His work was great but just another aspect to deal with.
