Now, the plus side to this big fat giant property tax hike that the buyer will incur is that the county is prohibited by Prop 13 from coming in and jacking that bill way the hell up on an annual or bi-annual basis.

I used to be a big fat guy but lost 160 pounds in my mid 20s and kept it off.I suppose my first step into this industry (whether I knew it or not) was when I bought my mobile home in my mid 20s.

That is why they are looking to make computers out of genes etc.

For instance ugly people are not currently as a enumerated protected class, so you are perfectly within your right to tell a renter "I'm not renting to you because I don't like your face,"  "you are too fat", or "your breath stinks"  or whatever arbitrary factor you want as long as it doesn't violate a protected class or a specific law. 

I do my tracking in an excel table and I am thinking of cutting some fat off of it.
