We are able to profit a whole lot more because we don’t pay a property manager.

Spouse and I are small time real estate investors, we are looking to do some fix/flips in Texas.

First, that unaccredited and unverified as accredited investors were allowed, or even encouraged to invest in what we are being told was a Reg D 506c offering, which requires verified accreditation status.  

Things start to get really dark of ya wear that thing too long, lol. 

We are semi-working with the school to offer student housing for the first time on campus. 

We are using QBO and with 8 properties, 31 units it’s taking about 5 hours a month.
