Are you accounting for things such as landscaping, lawn mowing, snow removal?  

We started getting bids and guarantees from city government, Burlington Northern Railroad,  Utilities, Carpet Layers, House Movers, Insurers,  Landscapers, etc. 

I live in North Dakota so everything (showings, communication, document signings) has been accomplished electronically.

I am in need of a great all around crew/company for yard and landscaping maintenance as well as snow removal.  

I really need someone to help guide me through some basic stuff in the landscape of StL and MO.

This pic does not show it but we have new gutters already and landscaping to be done soon.I was thinking buying new black shutters, keeping the rest white and painting the front door black or red.

Other than it being smaller, painting a house between tenants is going to cost the same, a new roof will cost the same, a new air conditioner, hot water heater, furnace will be the same cost etc.For instance, it costs us about $1,000-$1,500 plus a months rent as a leasing fee. each time we change tenants, by the time we paint, do landscaping, repair damage, change locks, patch holes, paint walls that need to be painted get a make ready clean. 

RENOThis part I get, flooring, paint, landscaping, updating bathrooms, kitchens, etc.

I am going to start a significant remodel of my house in Santa Monica and wanted to maximize all possible rebates, grants or energy rebates that are available for new roofs, windows, appliances, insulation, landscaping..ect.I have a basic list (local municipality and appliance rebates) but didn't know if there was anything that I was missing or didn't know about...possibly other agencies?
