I would say if you are focusing on finding the ned buyer, that is a huge, dispositions is a big part of doing wholesale.

I would ask to see the move out inspection report, photos, and deposit disposition.

I agree with @Bryant Brislin - disposition is a harder piece as there is a much smaller buyer pool compared to single-family properties.

Beyond that, how did you seek out these institutions or make inquiries about what their lending disposition might be?

I will not consider one better than the other, but rather I will consider them all equally and use the systems that work best for me and my disposition.
