Death Valley hit 130 degrees on Sunday, one of the hottest days ever recorded on planet Earth.

If that same house was on the MLS being sparred over like the last fish on earth...the house would likely go for 210k or so...and not be a good 1% deal anymore.Bottom-line ---> it's impossible if you look on market...

That starts to speculate along the lines of getting hit by a massive meteorite, earth spinning out of orbit, etc. 

Sometimes I fee l like I am swimming upstream but here it goes.Real estate is the most amazing wealth building tool on planet Earth. 

Im reverse engineering the numbers based on the ARV of all these properties im seeing and im just trying to wrap my head around this.I cant wrap my head around how on earth im going to be able to land a property at basically 50%!

I also google earth it and see a land mark by the company since most of my closings are places I have never been.and will ask the person on the phone  HEY is that a KFC  over on the corner  ( when i know its a burger king LOL)  and they say no its a burger king I know kind of funky right.. 

And buyers understand.. so we set the price so if lumber comes back to earth we will still keep the pricing and hopefully will pick up some delta.. 

You can do this through the internet google earth and through their fences.Why? 

Unless there's some earth-shattering event that completely forces the hands of officials, I see this lasting all the way through to next year.

And... close to the most magical place on earth.
