Really only two viable options: a loan mod, if you qualify (and can go thru the associated brain damage of the process) or a short sale.

Please come by to a meetup if you can, I'm sure a lot of investors would like to pick your brain on how you got this far and you can pick other peoples brains on where you would like to go on your next steps in the real estate game.

Its pretty cool.. but I could talk to 50 wholesalers out there and 49 would never take me up on it.. they are brain washed  LOL
