If you're not a real buyer, you better sty away.I'd also say that no state can prevent an owner from selling meeting the amounts demanded to be paid, that causes the lender additional time, money, it defeats the redemption of a property by an owner, so I doubt the MD law is saying an owner can't sell.

Those who do not are either small fry or heading for a fall.Just another warning also on LLCs - if you do not have at least another member in addition to yourself you have no asset protection - as you are not able to defeat charging orders if you are a single member LLC

Because if the house is put into a trust, and then an LLC is made the beneficiary of the trust, that defeats the purpose of the LLC.

It seems to me that you are assuming that you are buying a property at retail and not taking in to account your forced appreciation, which defeats the whole purpose of investment.
