They have 2 cats, 1 dog and the adult daughter living with them has lots of other pets kept in cages (pets like guinea pigs, snakes, rabbits, etc.)

Daughter is reluctant sole party with responsibility.

Since I was last active on the forums, about 2 years ago, my wife and I relocated closer to the ocean into a fixer upper single family property, had baby #2, and I started working part time, and from home, to provide more family flexibility (2 young daughters).  

Ya don't worry about Daddy,, names on check,, not your lease..he obviously control the purse strings of the daughter..Did you  have the electrical inspected recently or worked on at all..

Our daughter will be the property manager as she only lives 20 mins away.  

Hello everyone,I'm Jeff, I'm Thirty-two with a beautiful five year old daughter with my also beautiful girlfriend. 

The tenant claims she had a lease with the prior owner paid in full through June 30th, but the daughter has no knowledge of it and the tenant herself will not provide me a copy of it or even let me see it.

My husband, daughter and I are looking to move to Minneapolis spring 2017 and house hack a duplex with at least 3 beds or a single family home with a basement or attic to rent out.We are looking in the Coon Rapids area which will be closest to my husbands new job and want to try to do some smaller renovations before we rent out the other unit on the property and other renovations along the way so we can refinance and then move on to our next property in 2-3 years.Any recommendations for real estate agents, mortgage lenders who could help with my non existing credit score at the moment, and any GC recommendations would be great, landlord tips, etc would be super helpful!

Unfortunately, I am now recovering from a brain anuerism and a stroke about 6 years ago and I still cannot walk or make any money for my wife and daughter.

I want to be able to drop my daughter off at school and pick her up everyday until my wife took that job away from me.
