FCI adds all correspondence to the account servicing notes, so I have a nice consolidated history on their portal. 

I just recently transferred two CC balances onto one card to consolidate my debt for the first time.

We do have someone right now that has serviced us in these areas in the past but want to see about consolidating some of our contracts or at least having a second bidding option. 

@Emily Di It looks like your problem is just a matter of consolidating and re-organizing your chart of accounts. as Michael mentioned, if you are using Plus version then you will need the Class feature (it needs to be activated in the settings) and create class for each property.

Following on Danny's suggestion, you would be consolidating.

While I am no expert in real estate, I do feel I can provide a little insight on some of these often seen generic questions and consolidate them into one thread.

After that, you'll need to consolidate into portfolio loans.

In the future, and for next time, I intend to consolidate at least my banks, if not my other investments as well.

We don't see a lot of property managers participate, maybe this would help with that too.You'd have to manually consolidate, so there aren't 500 different Keller Williams, etc.
