Some love being doctors, dentists, engineers etc others love real estate.

@Cameron DavisI understand my industry can be full of crooks, but the question is the same for:How can you trust a doctor?

Even pharmaceutical sales people make more than doctors.

It may be an appropriate creditor protection solution for clients in high-risk professions such as doctors, attorneys, architects, engineers, developers, and other small business owners.Again, this is not legal advice. 

The doctors there are credible enough to evaluate the pets mental state. 

The local medical center is building a 550 million dollar new hospital and transitioning into an academic center and is starting a residency program that will bring 200 new doctors into the area.

The definition of disabled is wide and can be anything, even sleep deprived or anxiety, if a doctor says so.

Just like there are bad doctors, cops, mechanics, grocers, barbers, bakers, pilots, financial advisors, teachers and any other profession you can name.  

And you can go an entire successful 30 year career without ever learning it.The only "workaround," assuming the tax code is being followed and everything is accurate there, is finding a new lender, one you have some reason to believe is more competent in this very specific niche.... you don't go to a general ear/nose/throat doctor if you need brain surgery.

If you want to pursue a doctorate then it takes even longer.
