I plan to keep this property as the rental income is already excellent.I too experienced the same challenges of balancing responsibilities as a father, husband, realtor, investor, coach, Airbnb host, etc.....Let me tell you, this past year wasn't easy!

My question here is for anyone who has co-hosted or currently co-hosts: what is one piece of advice you wish you had gotten before starting your journey? 

They are paid on a percentage basis from both hosts and guests.  

Check with some of the local REIAs to see if there are any interested buyers, have the host blast out an email to all members.

Not sure if you want recommendations for other software, but I manage 10 listings and use Hostfully.
