Any recommendations on suppliers?

DM me @Rene Bee I run multiple REI meet ups, one of the benefit of the groups is we all meet and exchange best contractor and suppliers in the New Jersey market. 

With the mortgage crisis in 08, I liquidated all my assets to pay off all my creditors, suppliers and other liabilities and basically started over.

You could call a local paint supplier and ask them what you need to do.

Broadband is expensive on a cruise ship

Provide a good wi-fi router with a fast broadband connection (this is a must as most crews interface with their company via the Internet).

Also, the cost of living has risen so much that subs charge more as do suppliers and the contractor...etc.

We found PMC Lawrenceville to be a good supplier for large volume when compared to HD or Lowes. 

Supermajority votes aren't ever going to happen realistically.It seems we've arbitrarily restricted the supplier of permits through this 25% cap.

I assure you, the discount you perceive that you're getting is not nearly so awesome when you compare against what a better supplier could give you with superior inventory tracking.Consider that against that discount you have to factor in the administrative cost of tracking those parts and pieces, dealing with the big box delivery schmoes, and what happens when the one dude at Home Depot who actually knows what's going on gets sick and doesn't come in to work...
