Not sales anymore but it was fun dressing up everyday and challenging myself. 

Thank you for the compliment, Ezra, but I really doubt others want to dress like a homeless looking construction painter plumber driving around in their beater eating pb&j's between naps.I am a horrible task delegator. 

I don't like to dress up and I don't have a flashy car :) 

Contrary to popular belief I do have the ability to dress myself most mornings and have been known to tie my own shoes on occasion. :)

If only you could get them to all dress the same!!! 

Try to determine what the price ranges for houses are in that area and dress the part.  

Especially if there is upside, put together a little business plan and dress professionally and pitch it to a few different local banks. 

I then took that pre approval letter with me whenever I talked to a realtor and that showed them I was serious.Another thing I did that I've heard is overlooked by some is, dress sharp & wear a tie.
