I lived in Superior for a while and commuted downtown every day (get satellite radio ha).I'm a realtor, so fortunately I have instant access to what is hitting the market and it's still very hard to find something before 50 other people have found it as soon as it hits the MLS.

We wanted to keep access to the software but I believe they only go through financial planners though, which are broader services we didn’t need.

It is right on the muni bus line, and there is no need for a car when you can easily walk a block or two to so many amenities.For some people, co-housing is a lifestyle choice.

I am targeting parking garages less than 25 years old, with no major structural issues, and busy street access. 

If you don't have a friend with access to the MLS, make a new friend.

I've got access to some realtor friends that I could probably get some comps from.

Get out there around 5pm-6pm and walk around the block, talk to residents if you can and see what they have to say?   

Yea there’s a whole block of empty lots on S Dover St in Grays Ferry that someone was able to grab for $1 a lot   

According to the IRS guidelines, mobile homes set on concrete blocks and that are always capable of being moved from their sites on their own wheels are considered personal property (5 year).  

I have access to it with a few of my lenders. 12 or 24 month bank statements, 15-30 year loan terms.
